I said I thought this sounded like the perfect way to walk. The truth was I had no idea what he was talking about. If you stop and think about it, it’s no way to walk at all.

This song’s been around since the Amnesiac sessions. This version was recorded in 2003, I think. I feel like they’ll never put it on an album because it’s so straightforward. It might appear in some skewed fashion, but it won’t sound like this.Radiohead Rarity of the Day
“True Love Waits” - Radiohead
Some of my favorite Radiohead songs have never been on an actual album—this definitely being one of them. “True Love Waits” has been expected to be on their “next” album since before In Rainbows was released. I’m definitely hoping to hear it on the next record.
Enjoy.
They didn’t put it on an album, but they did put it on an official release. Along with an unobfuscated Like Spinning Plates.
I don’t think Radiohead favors the complicated expression of the simple idea. I think they’re just in love with sound. They’re epically great because they’re also great songwriters.
